The first Monday in May has become synonymous with fashion’s biggest night. The Met Gala. This year’s theme was “Fashion Is Art”, which connects back to the central idea of the exhibit itself. Each guest gave us their best interpretation of the theme, and now Measure’s Editorial Team gets to talk about their favorites.

The theme Born into the Silhouette came from this idea that identity and legacy are something you inherit, you’re stepping into something that already exists before you shape it yourself…
Measure had the opportunity to participate in the Title IX’s office annual “Take Back the Night” event. A national movement focused on survivor empowerment and ending sexual violence. Through art, survivors can share their journeys and find community with one another.
